Do want Porto Rico to...?

I hope Puerto Rico becomes a state, just the other, Obama became the first sitting president to visit there. The Democrats will be well assured of boosting their numbers in congress. Also if Puerto rico becomes a state, than votes by their representatives in congress will count.
