Mtg: when to equip artifacts?

Some artifacts like whisper silk cloak say you can only equip it as a sorcery. Does that mean for an artifact like strider harness i can equip it whenever i want because it doesn't say equip only as a sorcery?

i've been dating this guy since May6th and i haven't seen him since May26th. he's great guy and everything but he keeps asking me to send him a "picture" and i'm not comfortable doing that. and last night we were fighting about it and he LASHED out on me! he yelled at me and he was sooo pissed! i was seriously scared. he told me that he's seriously bipolar and he gets really mad really quick. it scares me to death. but he tells me that he loves me and doesn't want to rush me and everything, but should i stay with him?

How can i get my dachshund to listen?

when its pretty outside and its not to hot or cold i take my dachshund for a walk or out back ( shes a mini dachshund ) shes 5 months old shes going to be 6 months old on the 4th of july but when i say its time to go in or when sniffs something ( usually the side walk ) i tell her to come on but she just stairs at me like im crazy i always have her on a leash when wear out side i put her collar with her tags on it then i put her harness on then if its a long walk i give her a little bit of doggy ice cream i got from the pet store and she barks for no reason ( could be because shes board ) she likes to bark out the window when its raining could be barking at the rain i play with her allot let her rest she is spoiled very spoiled she does almost everything with me when she was a puppy ( when she was about 12 weeks old ) she wanted to sleep in the same bed with me so i let her my bed is against a wall so i put her on the wall side so she wont fall so how can i get her to listen???

Is it strange that I express my love by overly baby talking my husband?

when i feel a rush of love like i can just eat him up...I'm overly too cutesy. I talk in a baby voice, kiss him on the eyes, forehead, call him cute names like "muuufffin" or "little beasty" and just feel all motherly like i do for our 4 year old son. For me love and sex doesn't go together. i don't want him to be all lovey dovey to me before sexy..because i like it rough and i just don't associate love with it. What in the world is wrong with me or are there other women like that?

How to get a chihuahua to stop constantly jumping..?

I have two male chihuahuas that have a run and a doggy door leading them into part of the office. They are in there because they are not fixed and plan to breed them one day. I also have a female and so that is why they are kept apart. Now one is a mellow fellow, and thus is fine. The other is a jumping bean.. literally. He jumps against the gate over, and over and over again until i get so tired of it i yell at him.. we have tried teaching him to stop, but since he was a puppy he has jumped against doors, counters, gates.. anything in his way... i looked up the anti jump harness, but that won't work for him.. he's not 20 pounds.. lol so.. what should i do? is there anything smaller that will work for him? I'm not getting rid of him, not fixing him, and am not letting him out with my female, he is perfectly fine where he is. He just does it to piss me off i think....
